3% + $1 a ticket · No setup fees · Payouts to your bankSame platform · Same payouts · Take the controls whenever you like
3% of the order plus $1 a ticket or pass, with processing on US cards included. Tables, add-ons and merch pay just the 3%. Pass the fee to fans, split it with them, or absorb it. Free events are free.
$4.10 lighter on this order, 50% less in fees.
Lightix's standard fee is 3% of the order plus $1 a paid ticket or pass, processing on US cards included; tables, add-ons and merch pay the 3% only, and free tickets carry no fee. You absorb an extra 3.5% on pay-later orders (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) and 1.5% on cards issued outside the US, which cost more to process; fans pay the same. The figures are on a US card and before sales tax: where tax applies, the 3% is of the order with its tax. Eventbrite figures use its published US pricing as of September 2026: a service fee of 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket, plus 2.9% payment processing. Any fee you add yourself is extra on both.
Why Lightix
An event is more than a ticket. It is the seat by the stage, the pass for the season, the name on the list at the door, the guest you want back next time. Lightix sells all of it from one storefront, runs the door, and remembers every guest after. And the fee stays as light as the name.
Same platform, same tools, same payouts. The only difference is who is holding the controls on day one, and you can hand them over whenever you like.
Every tool on this page, in your hands. Build the event page and tiers, lay out the room, open the doors and settle up, on your own schedule.
Hands-on help from the Lightix team, on the same platform. We set things up alongside you, so your first on-sale goes out right, and hand you the controls when you want them.
The whole point
The ticket, the table, the scan, the guest and the payout are the same record, so the count at the door is the count on the settlement.
Every card below is a fragment of the real product: its states, its numbers, its order of operations. No illustrations.
Event pages built for a phone, a checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and pay over time, and pricing that moves on its own.
Galas, dinner shows, comedy rooms, clubs, festival VIP: fans see the room before they book it. Pick an area, see what is left, reserve with a deposit or the full minimum, and the venue seats the party.
An illustrative club, selling out live on the Lightix 3D table map.
Scan offline on any phone, sell at the box office, and keep every list for the event in one place.
Community is the CRM that fills itself: everyone who has bought from you or been invited, ranked by what they are worth to you.
A settlement statement that writes itself, payouts to your bank, and reports that tell you what the next event needs.
A REST API with scoped keys, signed webhooks, custom domains for your storefront, and a buy button for your own site.

Meet Cuelight3% of each paid order, tax included, plus $1 a ticket or pass, with processing on US cards included, so there is no second processing charge. Tables, add-ons and merch pay the 3% only. You decide who pays it: pass it to fans, split it with them, or absorb it. You absorb an extra 3.5% on pay-later orders (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) and 1.5% on cards issued outside the US, which cost more to process; fans pay the same. Free events carry no fee at all, there are no setup fees, and standard payouts to your bank are free.
You are the merchant of record for your events. Lightix processes every payment for you through Stripe, so there is no merchant account for you to open. You connect a bank account once for payouts, and every dollar is tracked through to settlement.
Self-service puts every tool on this page in your hands: you build the event pages, tiers, tables and door yourself. Full-service adds hands-on help from the Lightix team, from setting up your room and its seating areas to getting your first on-sales live. It is the same platform either way, so you can start with our team and take the controls whenever you like.
Your seating areas, prices and minimums appear on a 3D model of the room, whether that is a gala ballroom, a dinner show, a comedy room or a club. Fans choose an area, such as the front tables or the VIP booths, see what is left and reserve with a deposit or the full minimum, and the venue seats the party, so you never promise a specific table. Rooms that have not been modelled yet use a clean 3D floor with your tables exactly where you placed them on the plan.
Community keeps everyone who has bought from your events or been invited to one: lifetime spend, show rate, table history and a private note on each profile. Segments like VIPs, regulars, lapsed guests and no-shows update themselves, and you can message any audience by SMS or email, sync it to Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Meta, and reward regulars with loyalty points they redeem as store credit.
Yes. The box office runs on any phone or tablet: take cash, card, a Stripe Terminal reader or Tap to Pay on iPhone, issue comps, and check guests in on the spot. Cash and comp sales carry no platform fee.
Every ticket carries a rotating, signed QR code. The scanner downloads the event's tickets before doors and verifies codes on the device, so it keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi does not, then syncs check-ins when it reconnects. Door counts update live, tier by tier.
Yes. A pass or membership covers a run of shows or a validity window, and holders scan in at every covered event with one credential.
Tiers with early-bird pricing by date, quantity ramps (the first 100 at one price, then the next), demand pricing that rises with sell-through, pay-what-you-want, bundles and add-ons. Layer promo codes, hidden access codes, referral links and affiliate links to see exactly where every sale came from.
Fans can transfer a ticket by email, and the code rotates so the old QR stops working. Per event, you can also allow resale at or below face value, and exchanges to another tier or another of your events.
Yes: a REST API with scoped keys per organization, signed webhooks for orders, refunds, check-ins and publishing, custom domains for your storefront, and a buy button you can embed on your own site.
