Help with your tickets

Answers to what fans ask us most. Can't find yours? Email support@lightix.live.

Find your tickets

Search your inbox for “Your tickets for” and the event name. That email has a button that opens your tickets, and often a PDF of them too.

Or go to My tickets and sign in with the phone number you used at checkout. We'll text you a code.

Lost your confirmation email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, go to My tickets and use Recover tickets by email. Enter the email you used at checkout and we'll send you a link. It works for 15 minutes.

This also works if you typed the wrong phone number at checkout. Tickets already linked to a phone number stay with it, so sign in with that number to see them.

Send a ticket to a friend

Open your tickets from your confirmation email, or from My tickets with View QR. Under the ticket, choose Transfer to someone and enter their email.

They'll get an email with the ticket. Your copy stops working as soon as you send it, including any screenshot or PDF of it. A ticket that has already been scanned at the door can't be sent on.

Refunds

Each organizer sets their own refund policy. If they've written one, it's on the event page. Refunds are the organizer's call, so to ask for one, email us and we'll pass it on.

If an event is cancelled, we'll email you. A refund goes back the way you paid, and if your order is refunded, the fees you paid on it are refunded too. Your bank can take 5–10 business days to show it.

The full terms are in our Ticket Purchase Terms.

Can't go?

Some organizers let you sell your ticket or return your order. If yours does, you'll see the option under your order on My tickets.

  • Sell lists your ticket for up to its face value. You're refunded when it sells.
  • Can't make it? Return for credit sends the whole order back for store credit, which you can spend on that organizer's events.

No option there? You can still send the ticket to a friend.

At the door

Open your ticket and show the QR code at the door. Tap it to make it bigger. Each ticket has its own code, so if you bought for friends, show one per person or send them theirs.

No signal at the venue? Open your ticket before you get there, or save the PDF if your confirmation email came with one.

Age limits, ID and what to bring are up to the organizer. If they've listed them, they're under Need to know on the event page.

Your data

Sign in to My tickets and open the Privacy tab to ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted. A person reviews every request.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

The organizer or Lightix?

The organizer runs the event: the lineup and set times, age limits and entry rules, refunds, and anything lost at the venue.

Lightix sells and delivers your tickets: finding them, getting them back, sending them to a friend, payments, and this website.

Not sure who to ask? Email us, and if it's the organizer's call, we'll pass it on.

Contact us

Email support@lightix.live. It helps to include:

  • the email or phone number on your order
  • the event name and date
  • what went wrong, with a screenshot if you have one

We aim to reply within one business day.

See a charge you don't recognize? Email us before you dispute it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and opening a dispute cancels your tickets.
